The Information portal module is a consult module for all substances occurring in SOFOS 360®. In a simple way, it shows the substance information via your organization's Intranet. The user has the possibility to request safety data sheets, workplace instruction cards or linked documents of a substance. A substance can be searched for on different aspects. You decide which substances are visible to the employees within your company.

Depending on the preferences of organization, you can also choose to display whether your organization has pots with the chosen substance and where they are located. For this, the Stock module is a requirement.
